At Last Media, we are building LastDraw: a trading card business with an ambition beyond selling cards. Today, our work centers on TCG e-commerce—helping players and collectors find what they want and making sure it reaches them correctly and carefully packed. Our next step is a physical store: a place to play, trade, discover something new, and enjoy an evening with good company.
We want the hobby to feel like a natural part of adult life. Thoughtful deck-building, interesting collections, friendly competition, and a table people look forward to returning to. Confident and distinctive, but never a closed circle. Someone buying their first deck should feel as welcome as someone who has played for years.
That ambition depends on ordinary things done unusually well: accurate stock, honest information, thoughtful content, a welcoming conversation, and a problem actually resolved.
We are a small team, so individual contributions are visible. You can improve something here and see the difference it makes—not just pass a suggestion through several layers of management.
We value people who are curious about how things work and take satisfaction in making them work better. People who ask a useful question, learn the system, notice what is missing, and take a sensible next step. We appreciate clear thinking, a good education, and the discipline of learning something properly—whether through vocational training, university, or serious practical experience.
Responsibility here means following things through. If a delivery is wrong, we establish the facts and organize the correction. If we make a mistake, we say so early and help prevent a repeat. If a colleague needs help with something unfamiliar, we consider what the team needs rather than treating a job title as the end of the conversation.
That works both ways. Initiative needs context, clear priorities, and sensible decision-making authority. Helping across roles does not mean being responsible for everything, guessing at specialist work, or being permanently available. We want people who can disagree thoughtfully and ask for a decision when two important tasks compete.
The atmosphere should be warm, straightforward, and enjoyable. There is room for humor and enthusiasm, alongside concentration and high standards. We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
Meaningful responsibility, direct collaboration with the founders, and the opportunity to help shape a business as it develops. We want capable people to have room to use their judgment, deepen their skills, and earn greater responsibility through good work.
We are willing to pay more for stronger capability, sound judgment, and dependable ownership. We are not simply looking for the lowest-cost way to fill a task list. Compensation should reflect the contribution and responsibility of the person doing the job—not just the conventional expectations attached to its title.
